Q: What is your response time?
A: Our normal response time is normally an hour or less.

Q: What can I do until you get here?
A: If possible, stop the source of the water.  If there are any small or fragile belongings in the effected area please move them to a safe place.  We will move all other large furniture and belongings for you.  Avoid using electric appliances in any wet areas, and walking on wet carpet if possible.

Q: Are your services covered by my homeowners insurance?
A: Situations and insurance policies vary, but in most cases our services are covered by your basic homeowner’s policy.  If you are unsure about your insurance coverage, we are here to help you understand the specifics of your policy.

Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Yes, we will provide you with a free estimate for all services offered at your request, with no obligation to you.

Q: I have mold growing in my house, what should I do about it?
A: Do not attempt to remove it yourself; this can make the situation worse.  Mold growth in a confined living area can be a hazardous situation.  The best thing to do is have us come out and give you a free inspection to asses what are your best options for dealing with your situation.

Q: Does your company perform air sampling or post remediation testing?
A: We work along side a licensed and certified environmental hygienist who provides any and all mold testing and lab generated results for our customers.  Call our office to schedule a mold test.

Q: Is the mold growing in my house hazardous to my health?
A: There are several species of molds that in certain situations can be seriously detrimental to your health.  Several factors such as the amount of mold, species of mold, location of the mold in the dwelling, and your immune system are used to determine any potential health threats.
